My name is Vanessa, I would like to explain my experience in the world of reflexology with Aliki.
It all started like any other given day, suddenly I suffered a cerebral hemorrhage (stroke), as a result my balance was affected and I had facial paralysis. After being hospitalized for a few weeks in the hospital I began to do rehabilitation in the same hospital. A friend told me that I could also try something different, something alternative to traditional medicine and passed me Aliki´s contact details. By that time, I was already doing rehabilitation (physiotherapy), and walking with a walking frame. I contacted Aliki and I went to meet her, from the first second I particularly noticed something special about her and after discussing my situation and then after she explained her method I embarked on my first session. I remember that day perfectly, it was winter and it was raining a lot, I went with the walker and I do not exaggerate when I say that I never used it again when I went out after only one session!!!!!!!! Also my facial paralysis disappeared!!! If I had noticed something special since that first day, I then knew that I had to put all my faith and energy into these reflexology sessions because it really was something that worked for me.

At the end of those weeks because of the bleeding I had, the neurosuregeons had to intervene since they noticed a malformation in the trunk of the brain that had to be removed. After thinking about it I finally accepted that they do the intervention and well, it was almost like going back to square one, my facial paralysis returned and my balance was affected again. As soon as I could recover a little, I returned to having sessions with Aliki, and the truth is I noticed a lot of improvement again, I noticed that everything little by little,  was going back to its place. In between, I was trying other therapies such as acupuncture and the truth despite going well and noticing improvement, the feeling and results I had with Aliki, I have not found with any other prosefional.

Today I continue with the treatment, I know that this is a long process but that everything with faith, patience, time between the two, all will be well again. Above all I know this because it is so noticeable that she does her “work”  with passion, with LOVE and against that there is nothing. It’s hard but things happen.
What I would highlight most about her is the, peace, love, and faith with which she does her work. Reflexologists you can surely find in the hundreds or thousands, but to find the one who notices and feels and transmits something more, is more difficult. I think that the profession has found her, since in our sessions I do not feel that she is working at all.

I wish I had discovered her before, before all this happened to me, surely if I had, I feel that none of this would have had happened to me or maybe yes …. if YOU are reading this, and are considering starting treatment with Aliki, I advise you without a doubt, due to my experience to give yourself the opportunity to try it or to do something different, I assure you that you will not lose anything, instead you will discover a world so different and so necessary at the same time!!!! I will always be eternally grateful to Aliki for my recovery, her effort, her help and her love for what she does!!
